Send your completed form plus 10 copies to the address on the form.   AND PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PROPERTY ADDRESS AND COUNTY ON THE FORM! (Sample Protest Form)

 


SAN SABA COUNTY RESOLUTION - the County Commissioners of San Saba County, Texas approved Resolution #2009-07 concerning the appropriate transmission line route from Brown to Newton County. This action was taken at the behest of POSSE which expressed concerns about the impacts on San Saba County  of 345 KV line needed to deliver West Texas wind energy to points east.

    Golden-cheeked warbler (left), black-capped vireo (right) and spot-tailed earless lizard (below). If you believe you have either of these birds nesting on your property during the spring and summer or if you have seen this lizard, please let us know. It would be particularly helpful if you have bird journals showing dates and/or photos.

     



    Basin bellflower - if you have photos of this rare flower growing on your property, please let us know. It typically grows in the spring or early summer.
